Robert won’t hesitate to scorn you if you ask what he considers to be too many questions. Honestly, I can’t imagine him speaking to a man the way he spoke to me. If you want a realtor that keeps his promises without having to hire an attorney to persuade him to do so, you better pass on Robert. Also, he failed to properly add items in the contract that I asked for as part of my offer/deal. I didn’t find out until a few minutes before closing and sadly lost out on a several expensive items which were to convey with the house in my accepted offer. I did question him beforehand about making sure they were included but he promptly told me he knew how to do his job and put me in my place! Wouldn’t recommend.

Robert was one of the best realtors that we have worked with! He responded quickly every time we contacted him, and his construction background and knowledge was a huge plus. He was also on time or early to every showing that we had. Highly recommended!

Robert has helped two family members find and purchase homes in the area. His professionalism is beyond reproach and works as hard for a modest commission as for a larger one. Great to work with.

Very poor & rude staff. Totally unprofessional!! I wouldn’t recommend them one bit. Take your money else where.
