We have lived here since 2020 and love it! Grounds are well maintained, never have had any issues. Maintenence and property managers have always been pleasant and helpful. 10/10 would recommend :)

LOVE this complex. The people living around me are nice, the Landlord is SO accomodating and understanding. The maintenance department are VERY nice and responsive. We lived there for about 5 years and loved it. Very clean, friendly neighborhood, landlord was very reasonable and compassionate. Maintenance was friendly and always available to help and worked in a fast proficient manner. There is open parking so it can get tough to find a spot on the weekends and during snow storms. We would rent again if we didn't move out of state.

My 84 year old mother and I came to live here in a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment from a 5 bedroom house 4 years ago to simplify our lives, and we’re very happy. It’s well taken care of, the office staff is so friendly, and maintenance comes really quickly if you have a problem and solves it: day or night. We have privacy, a nice pool with a lifeguard in the summer, and friendly neighbors. Not having to think about yard maintenance, garbage and snow removal, has simplified our lives. We’re very happy here.
