Howard Hanna Queensbury/Glens Falls/Lake George

I gave this real estate a 1 star rating because that was the lowest I could. We listed my home with agent Corina Nolin-Strassburg of Howard Hannah, Queensbury. The worst support ever. She couldn't get the listing to show correctly on MLS and MLS pointed to the wrong location which was a commercial area. She became irritable and didn't want to spend the time to fix the problems. She wasn't available to do open houses along with very little support. She recommended using Stefanie DiLallo Bitter, an attorney from Bartlett, Pontiff, Stewart and Rhodes, PC. Stefanie DiLallo Bitter was a disaster. Between Corina and Stefanie we lost a sale which was $19,000.00 above what we eventually received. What a disappointment. Go somewhere else and use a different attorney.

The realtor I used as a realtor a couple years ago to buy was great until recently…. I used a different realtor to sell my home (nothing personal or anything against who helped me buy) and I was messaged by my buying realtor via Facebook. To top it she made a Facebook post about how upset she was and commented about me. Completely unprofessional, if I were to switch realtors it would not be with this agency again…. One person makes you all look bad now.

I was very happy with how Sean Rogge from Howard Hanna assisted me throughout my first home buying experience. Sean was competent and knowledgeable about the entire process and I felt secure knowing that he shared MY best interests. I enjoyed the experience so much that I even asked to join his team at Howard Hanna. The company as a whole is top-notch and covers a quarter of our region's market-share. Can't recommend them enough. A++

Scott Warden was amazing to work with! He really listened to our wants and needs. He walked us through every step, and always gave us his honest opinion. I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a new home!

Definitely not happy with our agent, that said, I'm sure they're not all like our agent- I can't rate them as a whole, but everything else was fine- I'd definitely use them again- very professional and knowledgeable in the office-
