Regency Park North Apartments

I have been here for 2 years and it is the best place ever they are very clean apartments they are very clean hallways people respect each other I will recommend this place to anybody they will work with you if you have problems with your rent and and if you don't understand the phone setting up payment they will help you I will stay here as long as I can they have swimming pools they have tennis rackets they are very Good

I absolutely love Theresa. She’s the best. My only gripe is I wanted to get out of my lease by 1 month. Corporate said NO. I’ve lived here for 4 years and have been a very good tenant. It’s ridiculous that they won’t let me break my lease by 1 month!!!!!!! I bought a place. Have some decency!!!! That’s not good to treat your tenants like that!!!!! I will miss Theresa.

Junkies regularly wander through the parking lot stealing out of unlocked cars and management won't do anything, police don't show up for an hour if you call them. Property management also does nothing about noise complaints but god forbid you want to decorate your balcony for a holiday, they'll be on you so fast you'll think you're living in an HOA.

List online "Pet Friendly". You will go through all the work of filling out an application to hear nothing for days. Call to follow up, the gentleman on the phone goes "Oh, you have pets well best of luck getting in here". How about you update your amenities on your website, zillow, realtor, and other 3rd parties where it clearly states PET FRIENDLY. I will be reporting to housing authority as well as BBB. You cannot refuse an emotional support animal, get with the times it is 2023 not 1990!

Ok Apartments are decent, but WAY overpriced. Also forget about your deposit they will figure out how to keep as much as possible. If you don't mind your rent increased by 50 to 75 dollars every year this is the place for you. Also they will notify you hours before going into your apartment so if you are out of town or on vacation they may enter your apartment or do work on your apartment at anytime, and you wont know till you get home! I do have to say for Apartments built in the 60's they do dress them up nice, and the neighbors are very polite.
