RNB Property Management

I’m a current renter. I found RNB online almost 1 year ago. The process was smooth, professional and I got into my dream home. I had very specific things I needed. They are very high tech but also personable and follow up fast with questions I have. Their portal to pay my rent is toooo easy to use and paying rent is simple. Also, because of their system each time I pay my rent it’s reported to the credit bureaus. I highly recommend them. They make renting a home very easy. Thanks guys!

We have been tenants coming up on 3 years now with RNB. Their timeliness with communication about everything is something you don't see in the property management business. We were given a notice to vacate, due to the landlords selling the home and special shout out to Marshal who has been very helpful with applying to new houses within RNB. I knew as soon as we were told this house was going for sale we didn't want to rent with any other property management company besides RNB. One thing that is especially nice about RNB is their timeliness with any maintenance work orders, which are dealt with what feels like immediately. I highly recommend renting through RNB, you will not regret it!

We are soon-to-be tenants, but I have been so impressed by the leasing experience so far that I felt compelled to write a review. We've been working with RNB frequently over the last few weeks, and through every aspect of the process they have been impressively responsive and organized. Special shout-outs to Vanessa Ornelas and Jessica James in the leasing department; they have never been anything but prompt, professional, and helpful. I've leased from over half a dozen firms in my time, and so far RNB has definitely felt like a cut above.

RNB has been great, I dont understand why they've got bad reviews. This hasn't been my experience with them as the property management. They're great at communicating and the application process was easy to do just took a little work but nothing too hard or difficult. For the past few years we've been renting we've had a few things come up and they have gotten every issue handled in a timely manner and I cannot stress how great they've been at communicating. Thanks Todd and the whole crew at RNB you all have made my renting experience excellent. If you're considering a property management team look no further!

I rented a property through RNB and had a great experience dealing with them. They are highly professional and quick to resolve any issues. I'd highly recommend taking a look at their website as they manage some great properties.
