RiZE at Winter Springs Apartments

Rize has been the best apartment experience I have had. It is kept clean and managed by a very friendly staff. There is a great mix of people that live here and all are friendly. If you have children, I highly recommend giving this complex a chance to call home. There are many amenities for all walks of life and various social gatherings through out the year. Whether you are an individual or a family, Rize is a great place to live. You have opportunity to meet new people and also have the peace in your own home as its a very quiet community in the halls and rooms around. Chris and Mandy at the front desk will always greet you with a smile and the maintenance staff will always take care of your home in a timely manner and smile.

I just signed my lease, and I had to take a moment to recognize Mandy at the front desk. From start to finish, she made the entire experience incredibly smooth. She’s welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is perfect for new residents. It’s rare to meet someone who combines great communication with that level of friendliness. Absolutely 5 stars, she deserves 10!

I really wanted to love living here. Our unit was pretty looking, and the location was amazing, but there some major issues that make it impossible for me to recommend someone move here. For the first 6 months of our 14-month lease, the building had no manager. During this time, it went from beautiful to absolutely neglected. The new staff eventually made it look appealing again, but there were still some big issues below the surface. The biggest discomfort was constant bug and pest problems from the month we moved in. I spent a huge amount of time cleaning every day, had regular pest control visits, and still encountered every kind of critter—from cockroaches and ants to worms and silverfish. Apartments Rise Winter Springs are absolutely horrible. Extremely uncomfortable, disgusting, and dirty. Let’s start with the basics — filth everywhere. Dust clearly hasn’t been cleaned for months. Hallways are never cleaned and there is a constant horrible smell. No tissues, no basic supplies, nothing at all. The place feels neglected and unsanitary. There are cockroaches. Real cockroaches. And this is not cheap housing. The pool area is a disaster. The pool is not cleaned. All the seats, all the loungers are covered in mold. Everything looks dirty, old, and absolutely disgusting.
