If you're looking for a luxurious, peaceful, relaxing, noiseless place to live, this is the one. The community areas are always well taken cared of, (the maintenance guys never stop). Neighbors are nice, the lease office ladies are a treasure. If you have kids and teens, the best schools are located in this area. Great apartment complex to live!

My husband and I applied for this apartment without ever having seen it in person about a year ago. It was our first apartment here in Florida, and we were not disappointed! The pool, the bonfire, the palm trees… it kinda always feels like you’re on vacation to some level. Staff was also great. We thoroughly enjoyed our year here.

The best home apartments. Lived here for 6 years because we like the area and the people who live here are mindful and respectful. The ladies in the office are God fearing, strong in faith and I love that. As well as the maintenance team, especially David is an amazing person. Always helpful, kind and respectful. I truly feel like I would be fine to live here forever. Thank you for everything you do for us.

Don’t ever visit your friends here. They mandate you use “visitor” spots under threat of towing your car ($200 fee to get it back) but can’t be bothered to make sure there are visitor spots available. The residents routinely park in them or use them for storing extra vehicles - something that’s supposedly against their policies but that would require effort from office staff to fix. Speaking of the office staff: rude, unhelpful, and with no sense of urgency once you’ve moved in. How do I know? Multiple people were locked out of their building for over a month due to nonfunctional door codes. They never even fixed that problem, they just leave the building unlocked now and that’s been going on for at least 3 months. So if you want security look elsewhere. On top of that your rent will be a
