Tuskawilla at Winter Springs

This apartment complex has truly been a great experience! We have lived here for 27 months and would continue to stay if we did not have to re-locate out of state. The complex is kept very well and the maintenance team is phenomenal and respond to work orders as early as a couple of hours. Kevin, Victor, and Hector are the three maintenance team members that have been exceptionally great in fixing our work orders while also being so nice and respectful. Also, this complex is very safe and never seen anything strange or unsafe take place. Would highly recommend to anyone living in the Orlando/Winter Springs area. We are so grateful that we got to call Tuskawilla our home for the last 27 months!

My husband and I lived in our apartment at Tuskawilla for a little over 7 years and we really enjoyed our time there! The maintenance team in particular is always so quick and helpful when we would submit a ticket. The property is well maintained and the team is kind. The location of the complex is also super convenient and quiet. Definitely recommend this complex as a great place to live!

I recently moved out after living in this community for three years across two different units, and I truly can’t say enough positive things about my experience. From the start, the apartments felt brand new due to updated appliances and renovations completed right before move-in. The maintenance team (Victor, Kevin, Hector) is exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly fast. When our AC went out one evening, the emergency maintenance team arrived within minutes and resolved the issue within a few hours. The leasing office staff is equally wonderful: responsive, helpful, and consistently kind. The grounds are always well maintained, and the community remains peaceful and quiet. My decision to move was solely due to moving out of state; otherwise, I would have absolutely stayed. T

We've been here for more than a year. So far, this is a great place to live. The office staff is helpful, and the maintenance staff is responsive. The neighborhood is quiet. The only subpar experience we had was with the change-of-occupancy maintenance when we moved in, but the deficiencies were quickly corrected by the office and maintenance staff, and all has been great since.

This is the best apartment complex! I just signed for my third year here. The complex is clean, quiet, and in a great location. I feel safe and the apartments are extremely well maintained. If you ever have issues the girls in the office are so quick to help and the maintenance men are extremely fast and efficient. I cannot recommend it here more!
