Mary, the head of this apartment complex, is extremely unprofessional and consistently rude. She monitors the cameras and questioned me about who was coming in and out of my apartment, which felt invasive and completely inappropriate. When addressing issues, she does so with attitude and anger instead of maintaining a calm, respectful, and professional tone. Rather than speaking directly to residents to resolve concerns, she chooses to discuss problems with other staff members, creating unnecessary tension and gossip. If there is an issue, it should be addressed directly with residents so a solution can be found, not handled through hostility or intimidation. The only thing good about the complex is the pool and location. Property management is eager to fine people, they dont answer calls and need customer service training. I DO NOT recommend. I was an owner for ten years and it was the worst experience ive ever had.

Great location and very nice complex, a lot better than expected. I have been living here for over 3 years and it has exceeded my expectations.
