Riverview Apartments

Apartments are fine and decent for the price, but holy crap Vision Reale Estate is like an absent father. You beg and beg them for months to fix the most simplest thing, and nothing ever happens. Our dishwasher has been broken for 3 months now. Thank God our washing machine or shower isn't broken. Avoid the renting company if you can, especially in Utah Valley. Seems that in Salt Lake County they're more competent. Marney Merlos is a liar and unqualified.

The apartment was good, but management has been very disappointing. We moved out and the new tenants moved in a few days before the end of our contract ended (end of July) and I talked with our property manager about it and she promised that we would get a prorated rent credit and it has been 2 weeks now and I have been ghosted, via text, call, and email. During our time there as well, when we would submit maintenance requests, they would typically take a couple of weeks, unless we called a few times and left dramatic messages. It was just sad, cause the complex has so much potential but management made our experience ultimately decide to vacate and find a better landlord and management situation.

I don't know where to "start". When we signed the lease we were expecting to get a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. We were then told they just gave away their last one and they only had a 2 bed 1 bath available. A week before the move in we received a text saying that our apartment is wheelchair accessible and the differences were big including way less storage. Now the big issue. The ac unit didn't work when we moved in and with this problems came apparent while trying to get this fixed. They don't have good communication and don't respond to some texts. This AC issue is happening while there are excessive heat warnings day after day. We put in orders to fix it for over a week with a response saying that they didn't receive such orders. I have no issue with the apartments themselves. They are nice and spacious. I wouldn’t recommend living here solely because any issues with your unit won’t get solved. Minor things that the apartment says they will provide like new lightbulbs is one minor example, but out dryer hasn’t worked for the last 6 months after several attempts to get help with the problem even after a contractor told us that the issue may be dangerous. I hope this issue with management improves because it is a good place that I would recommend otherwise.

Very spacious apartments with brand new cabinets, marble counter top and good quality fixtures. Carpet/hardwood floor in the apartment. Management is good and improvements are seen all the time in the apartment complex. This week they re-paved the parking lot and it looks smooth and nice. Not a lot of amenities but the quality of the units compensate for the lack of it. Loving it so far and TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT!
