Riverview Apartments

We’ve had such a great experience living here! The community feels welcoming and well cared for and any questions or concerns we’ve had have been handled quickly and kindly. Patti and Rainy have both been absolutely wonderful, so friendly, helpful and truly invested in the residents. They make such a difference! Patti even remembered my kiddos when it had been 9 months since she had seen them. We’re really grateful to be part of this community!

I have lived here for 3 years now and I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Overall the neighborhood is pretty quiet (minus the obvious traffic on Marine View Dr). My unit faces the baseball fields so it makes it feel even more laid back and quiet. We LOVE to sit on our patio during the summer time and watch the baseball games and tournaments! I love my unit, it is quite spacious with plenty of storage. The property has 2 different parks, plus there is Henry Jackson park right outside of the complex so it is a very kid friendly area. The property also has 2 different dog parks, one is fenced off and grassy and the other dog park has wood chips with activity equipment for your dog. 5 minutes after calling in that the Aircon was not working the Maintenance person was at my apartment. He did a great job. I am handicapped and only able to get around using a wheelchair. I have lived here since November 2017 and highly recommend Brittany Court Apartments.

Management team are very compassionate and dedicated to making living at Riverview a great experience. Would love to call this home for as long as I can to allow my sons to finish their schooling.

Always quick to respond and get to my issue quickly ! They care for residents and make sure they handle all issues efficiently and quickly!
