Moved in there and notice several other tenants that had dogs some of which were against the breed rules and definitely way larger than they allow so after 3 months I got a little puppy very well behaved and when I told management they said it was all right then after other tenants complained all of a sudden the dog wasn't allowed there I had to either move out or get rid of them at this point I already felt madly in love with the dog so of course I wasn't just going to get rid of him it's been about a month going into the office listening to the manager say I could have them I couldn't have them back and forth over and over again it was beyond frustrating especially the fact that I picked up The dogs poop every single time other neighbors were literally taking their dog over in front of m

Current resident for 2 months at Riverview Apartments Bullhead City, AZ. I love my apartment but the management is TERRIBLE. I’m using the online system to pay my rent and I pay early and the amount required. When I check the app after the 1st it’s always some extra fees and some excuse why the fees are on there. DO NOT RENT and please avoid at all cost.

Since new management they have raised our rent, took away part of our parking spaces, have new rules, but no cameras recording the parking lot. Our car was burglarized and shot with a BB gun. Not feeling very safe around here anymore.

FILLED WITH DRUG ADDICTED DANGEROUS INDIVIDUALS. MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE. HAS BED BUGS AND ROACHES. JUST DANGEROUS AND UNSANITARY AND DISGRACEFUL.
