Adobe Highlands Apartments

Don’t move here they gave me a dirty apartment and kept saying they’d fix it. Also was promised a parking spot but they left a broken truck parked there for my 6 months there. Deposit was $1375 on move in. Today I got a letter saying I smoked in the unit and I left it looking like that and got $0 off my $1375 deposit back. I don’t smoke either nor did I cook there. I kinda knew I wouldn’t get my deposit back when some of the maintenance staff said most don’t get anything back and that they don’t fix the units until it’s get really bad. So save yourself a headache and lots of cash you won’t get back.

Our apartment complex it's beautifully taking care of. We have management that makes sure we are safe and it is a quiet area. I will be living here for a long time.

I love my apartment so much. It's wonderful and I have fantastic views. My apartment was very clean upon move-in and I like the updated appliances a lot. One additional benefit is that it's very quiet. I don't ever hear my neighbors above or next to me. I absolutely love the Adobe Highlands. I am able to get my apartment at a great low temperature which is how I prefer it. Management has been wonderful and the front desk employees are so friendly and helpful.

I've lived here for almost a year now and although the rent is on the high end of the spectrum, I feel it's well worth it. I've lived in run down places and still paid over $900. These apartments look nice, inside and out. Robert, the manager is awesome. He's a stickler for rules and WILL chase your car down ON FOOT if you go over his set 5mph speed limit. (I have to admit it never gets old! Haha). That being said though, he will always make sure he is doing his best to make sure things run smoothly for everyone here.

I've only been here a 2 week so far, but the staff is very friendly, and the other residents are nice too. So far, I feel very safe and I like it here, and how could you not love having a pool?! 🙂 I moved in without ever seeing the apartments first, so I was a bit nervous, but as soon as I arrived, I thought that I'd made the right decision. The apartment was clean and ready for move-in and looked exactly same to all the pictures online. I have a little dog and it was imperative that she move with me, so of course that was a factor.
