Do NOT rent here. The office people suck. The handyman is a creep and they have stupid fees plus hidden fees after you leave. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere. If you do end up staying here make sure you document EVERYTHING. They don't mean well. Be careful.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and am so grateful for the staff and support that they offer! Anytime i have had an interaction with Stephanie or any staff they have been so polite and welcoming!!

Stephanie was simply the best throughout the entire process of admission. The apartment is spacious and it's a quite and friendly community 💕💕 just amazing and so worth it!!!!!!

Living here at Bella Vita Apartment homes in Bullhead City, AZ has been wonderful. It's a fairly peaceful neighborhood with retired renters, families and children. It's very spacious and comfortable in our home. We have every amenity you could ask for. If we have an issue that needs repair the staff and maintenance team are on it very quickly. Sherry and Stephanie are very professional and so accommodating to their tenants. I feel so blessed and very lucky to have found our Forever home. Thank you Bells Vita staff for making our Retirement years so Positive and Pleasant. We owe you so much.
