Riverstone Apartment

Brand new apartments, hard to beat their prices. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues you have. -1 star because of the choice to go with the ductless mini-split air conditioning rather than central air with a new build. It struggles to cool the farthest room and expect your walls to vibrate if you're an end unit near the wall mounted compressors. Besides that they're great apartments if you don't need all the amenities of a complex.

Noah took me on the tour of this building/ apartment and made the entire application process a breeze. He answered all of my questions and so did Jordan. Myself and my husband did one more walk through of our new place and Noah went above and beyond showing us where everything is, helping us when we have had questions along the way. It’s beautiful, quiet, perfect size and pet friendly, it checked all of our boxes and I’m so happy to call this place home! Thank you again!!

No leasing office. Made an appointment for 3pm got there early, immediately greeted with wet trash piled OUTSIDE even though the bins weren't full. We drove around for 10 mins before stopping one of the tenants asking about any information which they then gave us Noah's personal phone number. We called his number along with three other numbers associated with the complex only to be met with immediate voicemails. It was pouring rain too so while trying to gather information we were getting soaked. This was really out of the way for us and never got in contact with anyone or saw any apartments highly disappointed.

Noah and the building management at this location are wonderful and professional. Noah did an excellent job showing the property and explaining all requirements. Great location, view, and well taken care of! A+

Its a nice area, super convenient to get to places and apartments are new and renovated.
