Rivers Ledge Apartments

My daughter and I recently moved into Rivers Ledge Apartments, I into a one bedroom and she into a two bedroom just up the street. The apartments and grounds are amazing. It feels more like a community than an apartment complex. The amenities of the apartments and complex are top caliber. The landscaping is beautiful. There are nature trails, and sidewalks for nice relaxing strolls. I was fortunate to get an apartment overlooking the Mohawk River. I am still pinching myself. I am glad that we discovered Rivers Ledge!

Rivers Ledge is beautifully designed apartment complex in a park-like setting on the Mohawk River. It is impeccably maintained with the grounds taken care of every week and maintenance requests quickly resolved. The gym is outstanding and, for outdoor exercise, the complex is directly on the Mohawk Hudson Bikeway. An added bonus is that some of the apartments have an attached garage which sold us on the property. The office staff are always helpful with an attitude to resolve questions quickly with the needs of their residents in mind and they arrange community activities throughout the year. Having looked at many properties in the Capital District, this one stands head and shoulders above the rest and I recommend this place unreservedly. A great place to live.

I would say this place is as close to perfect as you could get. The apartments are gorgeous. High quality fixtures and appliances. Perfectly maintained, inside and out. The complex is literally bordered by the Mohawk River on one side, walking distance from a spot to launch a canoe or kayak and a walking/biking trail that goes on for miles on the other. If you don’t like the outside, it has a brand new gym with state of the art equipment including a sports simulator. Stephanie and Pam are the best and will make your move in experience flawless and are super helpful. Safe, quiet, an absolute gem.

Rivers Ledge apartment complex really separates itself from others. The apartment, the view, the staff, the leasing office, and neighbors have provided a very pleasant experience. The amenities are top of the line from the golf simulator, the pickle ball court, gym, and everything else. The staff and leasing office are very easy to work with and educational, they're with you every step of the way throughout the leasing process as well as staying on top of all maintenance requests etc... Highly recommend the beautiful apartments that are brand new, which even come with a garage. Out of every apartment complex I've lived at, Rivers Ledge truly felt like home.

0 STARS !!! Extremely disappointed with the management here.They ignore calls and emails, show zero professionalism, and their attitude felt outright discriminatory. Terrible communication, lack of respect, and unacceptable behavior overall! I would not recommend dealing with this management team at all.
