RiverPlace Luxury Apartments

Moved in early summer 2025. Finally had time to sit down and post some thoughts after being here for a while. Pros: *The building and common areas are kept immaculately clean and serviced frequently throughout the week. *Automated security gates close in early evening and reopen in early am. *Security camera's on all buildings etc *Club house, Gym and Outdoor common Grills. Cons: *Pool is freezing. I couldn't use it all summer. They claim it's heated but trust me it's not comfortable. It needs a pool heater and not a heat pump etc. Pool heaters can keep the temperature stable. The apartments are not cheap, it's a basic ask and people complain about it all the time, including myself! Upgrade the pool for the love of god. *Apartment floors are not sound proofed. The property manager Susan is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and difficult to work with. Would not recommend mainly for this reason but also, there are planes flying low overhead constantly and gates are often open when they should not be (like at night) because they frequently are not working properly.

itz soo cold in these apartments i am pissed off because i feel like i pay too much money to live uncomfortable and i feel so sad for the elderly people who live here

The property manager Susan has a vindictive personality and is often very rude to, talks down to, and insults tenants.

Wonderful team in the office. Lovely community and beautiful well maintained grounds.
