RiverPlace Apartments

I’ve had the pleasure of living at RiverPlace Apartments in La Crosse for over two years, and I can confidently say it’s the best place to call home in the city. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed and felt at home. The management team is exceptional—always responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure residents are comfortable and happy. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which has made my living experience worry-free. The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to downtown, restaurants, and beautiful walking trails along the river. The community is peaceful, welcoming, and feels incredibly safe, making it a perfect fit for anyone looking for a serene yet convenient place to live. Great location, excellent staff. We lived in LaCrosse from 1990 to 2010 and were delighted when an apartment came up for rental last October. The timing allowed us to return to Lacrosse after nearly 15 years. We are very familiar with the property and in fact Carol’s parents lived on the third floor of Riverplace Apartments for some time in the early 2000’s. It has been a most comfortable return to the area.

Jen was simply the best in helping us coordinate everything. Thanks to Shelly & Rick - the apartment was perfect. Tenants incredibly welcoming as well

Rick always does a great job. My maintenance repairs are taken care of in a timely manner, too. He is always on the go. This time the toilet tank in the guest bathroom was leaking. It turned out to be quite involved and took more time than expected (for Rick -not me). Thanks!
