Nicolai Apartments

I lived at 300 Liberty St with Nicolai Apartments for a year and it was pretty good. Never had any issues with management, they were quick and transparent in their communication with me before, during, and after my lease. Maintenance requests were taken care of quickly, and I never experienced any major issues during my time here. There are plenty of downsides to this place, mainly the neighborhood it's in and the location next to Menards and Airgas (a lot of loud noises from over there). There is a no smoking policy but it doesn't get enforced regularly, so I always had tons of air freshener going in my apartment and even that didn't always get the job done. The heat is pretty bad in the summer but it handles the rest of the year's weather just fine. In general, I would say this place is
