Wedgewood Commons Apartments

I am extremely satistified with my lease with Wedgewood Commons. From the initial email to management about their open rooms to the viewing just a day later. The application process was quick and easy- they walked me through the steps. I had a pretty big maintenance request right when I moved in - they didnt hesitate to get someone in there the next day to replace the unit. The condition of the overall building is well maintained- keeping common areas clean along with dog stations all over the property. I live on the 3rd floor and I hardly ever hear someone even walking down the hallway. I am very happy with my new place to call home.

Wedgewood Commons is a great place to live.The office management ladies are so nice and helpful.The maintenance crew has been very much appreciated. They are always courteous and friendly and very prompt in getting anything repaired.

I'll make this simple, if you are a good tenant, they are a great place. We have never had any trouble with management, and when things broke in our apartment or we needed a repair, they were very quick to get it fixed or replaced. We had to get our fridge and washer replaced, and they did that almost instantly (no charge on us), same with our AC units. The staff are incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. My wife and I have had no complaints about living here at all because they've helped us through much. My one and only complaint is packages, which I can not blame management. That's a delivery driver issue. I have had a few packages stolen because drivers leave them out of the package room. Our experience at Wedgewood was outstanding. The property managers were fantastic, and the maintenance team was exceptional. For example, when our refrigerator suddenly stopped working on a Sunday morning, the maintenance team dropped everything they were doing—during a Packers game, no less—to install a new refrigerator and save our groceries from spoiling. This is just one of many examples of the exceptional care we received while living there. If you’re looking for a place to live in the La Crosse area, I highly recommend Wedgewood Commons.

I have been a renter here for a few years. The office staff have always been great and super friendly! Any issues, questions or concerns I have brought to them they are quick to answer and help me with. And in the events that i have had a maintenance issue, the maintenance are prompt at attending to it and fixing whatever is needed, which is so nice. Great job to all the staff. They make it easy to stay!!
