HORRIBLE COMPLEX‼️‼️wouldn’t recommend my enemies to live here if I could give it no stars I would💯They just paint over the trash and dirt before you move in.Also just paint the sinks/tubs so if you go to clean you’re just scraping off the paint.Pest control BRINGS the roaches😳 They don’t like to answer the phone.DONT fix anything. Repeatedly shut off the water without notice so if you have kids I would not recommend living here.TJ can’t keep workers to save his life it’s been so many different people and all of them don’t know what they are doing.Make sure to have your own cameras when coming over here because they’ve had multiple vehicles hit and will refuse you the camera footage.The outside is always loud and dirty you will have a terrible time living here!!

Wish I could leave zero stars!! Since we have moved in Nov. And it is now JUNE the maintenance man has only came to our apartment ONCE " to fix a few things one of them being the light in our fridge", he came in looked seen he had the wrong light bulb and left and hasn't came back since and never fixed anything else!!!! Now here It is JUNE and we have already had bed bugs from this place and now for TWO WEEKS we have been waiting for our bathtub to be fixed at first it was draining the water really slow and they said I have to get a new one NOW it's holding water and NOT draining idk about anyone else but I know I don't like to get in the tub with cold dirty water from a previous shower on my feet just to take another shower and have my tub over flow the lady in the office NEVER ANSWERS TH

I would give it a zero. The Roaches are aweful thank god my lease is up in April. They do not want to get up and let the pest control handle there business as I was told at move in they have it every month. ! This is floor I just had cleaned that was never cleaned and tile is messed up and have told by written notes. 169.00 tot get the floors cleaned! The worst. When I move all the electronics I purchased will stay because that’s where roaches July 20, 2022 Now my AC has been broke and is still not replaced or fixed🙆‍♀️😳🤔🤥 Liars if I could take that star away I would!!!!😤 Friday the 22nd. Still no return call from anyone. And it’s the weekend again there out of the office….No AC

Wish I could give it a zero, worst management I've ever dealt with... Blames tenets when things go Wrong. Doesn't listen when told things... Had a mold issue and was told to deal with it ourselves... Partiality to certain tenets. Manager has a shot attitude towards females.... Looks and watched everyone like they are a criminal... Management does not do proper repairs just likes to patch things and make them look nice

This lady who stay beside me smoke all the time in her apartment and it come in my apartment from the air conditioner unit. Management still have not did anything...my next step is to call supervisor or the owners...this need to stop...this smoke is killing me....just send her a letter ..how hard can it be ...
