I have applied to get an apartment here. So far good, we are approved. Move in soon!

Spoke with a lady(can’t even remember her name) but she was rude after inquiring about a house and apartment. She basically said it could take months to get in so it would be a waste of time to actually apply. She just kept reiterating that it take take a while and I’m like “ok” after the first few times but she kept saying it which only indicates she didn’t want me to apply because it could take awhile to get in! I don’t know who it is that answer the phone at 1:12 pm today but she was rude and training should be in place for someone who is in customer service. I would never rent from you all just off that! Good luck to anyone who does stay!

We used to live here for about 2 years and a half, since day one we've been asking for fixes in the apartment that they gave us with a lot of problems with the promise that they will be fixed, that didn't happen. Management was one of the rudest and most disrespectful person we have ever met, to the point of making fun of us and been sarcastic when we were at the office. I had no choice but to move out. Apartment has black mold in the walls and ceilings. Ceilings were damaged from water leaks. Mattenance refused to do repairs! There was damage in apartment before I moved in which they tried to hide. Office manager is horrible! Now I am being told I owe them 960.00 after I moved out or it goes on my credit report! Are you kidding me??? This gotta be a joke! They owe me all the rent I had to pay to live in worst living conditions! I am so glad Kennita got fired and no longer an office manager! They should also fire the other lady who worked in the office with her as well. She just as rude and told a bunch of lies! Two months ago, I applied for an apartment at this property. The original deposit was $225. I paid $325 for the deposit because of a fraud alert on my account, or so I was told. I went back to get that deposit due to personal reasons. I returned with the deposit again of $325 within a week or two from having to get it back. I waited almost a month before I decided to go back to the leasing office. This is after I called them to check on my status multiple times, only to not get an answer on the progress. When I informed the worker in the office to the left that I wanted to get my deposit back, I was told that I couldn't get it back after the first time.
