I have been here since NOVEMBER 2024, and I am highly disappointed in these apartments. My A/C never works and when it’s 94 outside and inside is 86 there’s a problem!! Happens every time it’s super hot out and I have about had it I have a 2 yr old. I have to go spend nights at my moms because the heat is too much, there’s no a/c in the master bed either. They have been to my apartment 3 times and NOTHING gets fixed. They say they fix it but maintenance is a joke. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Idk what half these bad reviews are or the discrimination one the abduction thing isn't thier fault management has went above and beyond to help me on disability and section 8 get a ground floor unit and have my pitbulls 80 and 60lbs one in training with esa notes for them and my fish tank with renters insurance incase of a leak and I know someone who's lived thier for years and not had one issue im looking forward to having central air and way more space moving in this month

Doesn't deserve a single star after nearly 20 days of calling me every 2 seconds to sort out paperwork, to ask me questions, to request more and more information about cheque stubs. Since we are Latinos, I was discriminated against in the worst way on day one when I was only supposed to move in. They sent an email accusing me of falsifying documents for being single, then sent a document showing I was married. Am I married since birth? I've only been married for a few months. They were just looking for an excuse not to rent to us, purely because we are Latinos. You could feel the racism. But may God bless me today, tomorrow, and always.

today, my nephew went to get information of renting there because I got some subjection from some co-worker that used to live there. an employee from the RiverBend apartment assist him and told him that he had 2 available units, but because he make 54k he can't rent it. that he has to be calling to see if the have available units because you guys don't have a waiting list. so, I text one my co-worker who was a former tenants who live there and she told that there always being a waiting list because when she rented in 2019 they put her one and 2 months later she got the apartment. the employee told him that the available units that they available is only for people who make 34k or less. plus, the my co-worker who was a tenant there told me that if is the employee who she think it is 'he doe

Management is absolutely horrid. Theresa, head of management, is one of the rudest, most disrespectful people I've ever encountered in a "professional" environment. She can't explain anything to save her life, and when you ask her any questions, she literally yells at you. I've heard management talk rudely about their tenants/applicants quite loudly just sitting in the office. The application process alone is tedious as hell. They're continuously looking for that "one last piece of information." They're picky and choosy with their tenants - if they don't like you (and they could have absolutely no reason not to like you), they'll violate you for almost anything, whether it's speeding 5 miles over the limit or a ring around the drain of your bathtub.
