Seemed like very nice folks; Im sure maybe even good people. As so many are well aware housing in Grand Island is laughably, and ridiculously outlandish, yes. Major hurdle all in itself but when people say they will do something I think they should follow through. Not even sure we EVER got a call back.

Tim has sold multiple properties for us and has helped us find a place to live that we love, handling every interaction very professionally and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable in the real estate field and had great initiative finding buyers for our properties and finding us a place to live. Working with him was a very positive experience!!

I cannot recommend Nebraska Estate Homes highly enough. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and Tim made the entire process incredibly easy for us. There were so many questions we had and Tim always had the answer. He showed us every house we were interested in and gave us an encyclopedia of information for every one. If you're buying or selling a home Nebraska Estate Homes should be your first and only call.

Communication is basically non existent and should you finally get into a unit, it’s nothing but nightmares. Flooding basement that no one would fix. Claims of damage that are completely made up. Illegal practices. And be prepared for the monthly invasion of your space. I wish I would have listened to other locals and stayed away.

They are completely unprofessional. Coming over for inspections and telling me what’s wrong and what they’ll fix and never came over. They can never return a call.
