Old Walnut Apartments

A lot of memories walking into this bldg. Property manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also met the maintenance staff who was discussing things with property Mgr and appeared to be very knowledgeable as well and a very pleasant person. You have great staff!

The apartments themselves are ok...very small kitchen but bedrooms are average size and it's nice they have washer/dryer hook-ups in the bathroom. The parking lot is far from the entrance so it's inconvenient to carry many items or when you are moving in or out. It is a handicap accessible property but the only thing that makes it handicap accessible is the ramp going into the building. The apartments aren't equipped with lower counters and cupboards and the bathrooms do not have wheelchair accessible showers or toilets and snow removal isn't done well for people in wheelchairs that need to get to their vehicles in the parking lot. The windows are also at a height that someone in a wheelchair cannot reach or look out of. The trash site is unsightly and poorly kept and the building itself s

I like the character of this historic building.

there are inefficiencies in the apartment service, the incomes are not stable and the rent amounts increase without prior notice, the issue of cockroaches is not eradicated, existing in many departments, security problems, the electronic locks of the main doors were Broken for months.

My mom (Mari Chavez) Used to Work here I remember the apartments it was nice I liked it there
