Legacy 34 Apartments

They’re very easy to work with, handle issues very efficiently, and the apartments and the community is just beautiful! Very close to coffee, food, hospital, and a short drive to the store, food places, and much more. Not to mention they have a gym, a gaming center, a little meeting area, multiple grills, a spacious pool, and amazing places to walk. I love living here! Also Polly is amazing to work with! Polly helped us plan a move in and allows us to tour multiple floor plans before choosing the one for us, not to mention we didn’t want to move in right away and they planned accordingly with us to make sure we got into the apartment we felt comfortable in! Compared to all the other apartments in GI, these are worth the price you pay hands down!

Service and communication was great! Liz did an amazing job guiding me through the whole process even going out of her way to stay late and show me some units.

I have lived at Legacy 34 for almost 2 years, ever since it opened. I started working with Heather in August and she was always friendly and helpful, putting up with constant calls on when it would open. The maintenance staff here are very knowledgeable, and eager to help and always friendly. Their upkeep on the apartments is very apparent, as they are on top of any problems that arise. Their upkeep cleaning staff do a wonderful job of keeping all the community/public places clean. They are always happy, working together to make Legacy 34 a great place to live!
