River View Apartments

My experience with the River View Apartments has always been great. I lived here for 2 years prior to now, and had to move back due to the great experience! Everything was perfect for our move in day, thanks to Deb and the team here at River View Apartments!

These apartments are my hands down my favorite apartments that I have lived in. I love the fact that you are just on the outskirts of town. Nothing is really more than a ten minute drive away in either Stevens Point or Plover AND you are about a half mile away from the Wisconsin River and Green Circle Trail for those who like to hike, bike or fish. Initially, I moved here just to get a little more “rural” and out of an apartment building that had neighbors that would keep me awake on work nights. I have never had issues with noisy neighbors throughout my four and a half years here which has been a game changer for my sleep schedule. The apartments themselves are great for 1-2 people. I enjoyed my stay at riverview apts, although short. I can say that Deb, the property manager is great! It was a pleasure to work with her and the maintenance staff. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. The team was on site everyday making sure the property was well cared for. I appreciated the fact that the laundry facilities were on the 1st floor! No going into a basement! It is a great place to live with a great staff! You would be lucky to live here!! Thanks for a great experience!

Great experience renting here! The property is well-maintained, communication is always quick, and any issues I’ve had were handled professionally and promptly. The property manager, Deb Wisinski, is professional and always very nice to work with. Highly recommend!

Deb was incredibly helpful with setting me up for moving in! The neighborhood seems cozy and quiet and not too far from activities to do in the area.
