Park Place Apartments

Was driving around the Stevens Point area looking at possible places to live. Happen to stop here at Park Place Apartments and knocked on Julie’s door to ask about getting a tour. She instantly said yes and was able to show me an apartment and all the things included around all the apartment. Julie was straightforward and honest about everything and answered all my questions. Great service and definitely recommend going to her if you had questions about one of the apartments.

Beautiful property, nestled in a woody area less than 10 minutes from downtown Stevens Point. Julie is an awesome landlord, prompt with communication addressing updates on the property and making the move in/move out process smooth. Quiet neighborhood so noise complaint was not an issue. Would recommend this property for anyone looking for good quality/reasonable priced living.

I loved the location, overlooking the little woods in the back, the quiet and nice neighbors. The managers take great care of the property and are responsive to any problem. It was an inconvenience to be required to sign a new lease after 12 months or else endure a substantial increase in rent for month-to-month tenancy. Partly owing to this, my rent increased 28% over the 17 months I lived there.

I had a great experience in the process of setting up and having a showing. I was welcomed warmly and wasn’t pressured to hurry through the showing process. All of my questions were answered and the application was super easy!

The managers are great! This is a really nice place to live. It is a great location. They take great care of the property and appartments. There are really nice neighbors here! A lot of long term tenants. This is a great place to live.
