bantr Stevens Point Apartments

The individual apts are nice but lacking clothes storage. The unit was not clean when I moved in, nor were the walls repaired from the last tenant. Although the lease states parking included there is not enough parking spaces for the number of tenants. If you park off you run the risk of your car being towed. After I had inquired about additional parking, and had a problem with management I feel they ghosted me and would not answer the phone, texts or emails. I do not recommend this company.

Love! Love! LOVE! Living at Bantr! Campus is in my backyard practically and it’s minuets from downtown. I love the amenities like the covered heated garage, gym, and the fact it’s pet friendly. SCORE!!!! All utilities are included in rent too, no matter if you have a month lease or a year long lease. I wouldn’t worry any to rent anywhere else. It’s the cutest 80s themed apartment complex ever!!!

bantr Stevens Point is such a great place to live! The property is super nice—modern, clean, and well-maintained, but it’s not overwhelmingly big, which makes it feel more personal and quiet. One of the best perks is the underground parking - It’s seriously a game-changer. Also, the property manager, Courtney, is amazing. She’s always quick to respond and was incredibly helpful with any questions I had. You can tell she really cares about the residents and the community. Highly recommend living here!

Beautiful apartment addition to the north side! Studios, one bedroom & two bedrooms. Tons of space, common rooms, a gym & underground parking! Even pet friendly! What more could you ask for!?

it was the worst experience moving out with no information and didn’t hear nothing back for over 3 weeks or so. Then fine out I owe money but wasn’t post it until 2 weeks after moving out I feel like we shouldn’t need to pay that. Plus never got any money back from my deposit. It was a great place to live for over a year I do have to say that much.Update I’m giving this place an other try since it’s the only one without fees in your monthly rent and it’s the cleanest tbh.
