Jon and his crew did an outstanding job in building our zero entry house with a walk out basement. I had several items which were important to me in my design of the house which Jon and the sub contractors managed well. The house design had some complex features which Jon mastered. Some of which were the main entrance, the custom door and window trim package, engineered stud wall framing at the kitchen cabinet areas and the extra framing required for plumbing at the exterior walls. Excellent craftsmanship on the mitered corners of the crown modeling. Open communication was very good during the course of the home build. I and my wife were able to take on a couple of the build task in lieu of involving another sub contractor. Best of all, it came in under budget!
