River Road Apartments

Cheap, run down apartments that needs a lot of fixing but they refuse to invest money to fix it. They use cheap paint on walls that makes it hard to clean. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and sticky when we moved in. The two outlet sockets in the livingroom always trip and killed all the power whenever we vacuum. Brought it up to them many times and was told they can’t do anything about it. The place was junk when we moved in and junk when we moved out. We cleaned the apartment for two full days and was told they’re keeping our deposit because we didn’t wash the carpet. It is nowhere in the lease that the tenant must wash carpet when moving out. I hope they used my deposit to fix up the place for the next person/family.

I lived here for 6 months. It was pretty quiet and the price was right. Locked building. Safe. My experience was great here so I'd recommend living here if you're in need of a place. Nice maintenance guy.
