Loving living here so far. Moved here from the Thousand Oaks area and this is such a sweet quiet area of Simi. Thank you so much to Nancy in the leasing office for being so sweet and accommodating, and making everything an absolute breeze. Only just moved in two weeks ago so I can't say a ton about living here. But so far it is amazing, it can be noisy but I've yet to have an issue sleeping whatsoever. The parking is easy so far for us residents and our guests. Things are clean and taken care of, the apartment is nicer than anything else for the same price. A few of our floorboards were coming up in our apartment so the maintenance crew was asked to glue them down. They pulled up the panels that were loose, ended up re-gluing down straight to the concrete, which made the panels lower than the rest of our floor. It took a month for them to even get to us requesting our floor be fixed. Not hopeful on the resolution of this issue as they’ve been dragging out work orders
