River Pointe North Apartments

I appreciate the small luxury feel of River Pointe North. The apartments are beautiful with lots of custom design. I especially love the 1 bedroom because there is a lot of space. Management responsiveness is quick and professional. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to live in Maumelle!

Pros: of the property the apartment is beautiful I lived there for 4 years. Cons: Management is unprofessional and rude. Trash is never picked up and is everywhere. No gym, no pool you have to drive 15mins away to the other property.

I would not recommend this complex to anybody. I have been here since August and my apartment is still not up to par as outline in my lease. I have complained to management about my maintenance request not being handled and other issues around my unit and the complex and I have NEVER receive an answer or response. There were issues with my unit since I moved in that are still not fixed and resolved. The complex is dirty. There is always trash in the hallways and on the stairways. For the complex to be so nice and expensive, it is NOT worth the amount.

I have lived at River Pointe North for 7 months and love it! My apartment is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are always nice and clean. I love my granite counter tops and the bath tub is amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a luxury apartment in NLR!

Pros - Beautiful inside. I had a 2bd/2bth & it definitely had a "house" feel to it. Loved that it came with a patio. The showers & tub were perfect. Water heats up quickly. It's gated & came with alarm system & internet so that's amazing. Office staff was nice whenever I spoke on the phone with them. Cons - No amenities on site. Building makes lots of echoes. The walls are thin so I heard conversations all the time. (Not enough to tell what people were saying though)...I often heard someone coughing at night, & this cute newborn baby crying every now & then. I'm sure they've probably heard me as well. It's an apartment so that's expected, but it was louder than my experience with other apartment buildings. The police are seen there often, not for bad things but for noise complaints. The
