River Place Towers

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the building management team. Everyone has always been extremely polite, kind, and helpful, which truly makes a difference in our daily experience. I would especially like to highlight Salles, who was incredibly supportive at the beginning, helping us through each step with great professionalism, patience, and care. My husband and I are truly grateful for all the help he provided. In addition, the maintenance team is excellent. From keeping the common areas clean to handling repairs whenever needed, they consistently do an outstanding job. It is very reassuring to live in a place where the entire team is so dedicated and attentive.

It's a good place overall. Close to most amenities. Whenever there is a maintenance issue in the apartment, its worked upon quickly. Friendly staff and best of all is the views.

Front desk lady is rude. Didn't sent the verification email or text confirming the appointment and even when I sent a message asking about the time to confirm, I got no response so I still showed up and was told I was late (also couldn't fully see the sign on the leasing office door because of the decoration on it) and couldn't view the apartment.

The place is infested with rodents and roaches. I seen rodents running under peoples doors in the hallway and roaches on the 2nd and 3rd and 4th floor hallway. When they come in to spray they don’t even do the whole apartment. If you want to live somewhere comfortable look elsewhere.

Princeton Properties is the worst landlord I've ever had. It's clear whenever a problem arises that all they care about is there bottom line. If you value your safety and peace of mind, avoid Princeton Properties.
