River Hollow Apartments

0/10 do not recommend living in any of their properties. Customer service sucks, you pay rent and don’t even have the bare minimum here. I am currently one of about 40 according to the office without air and it’s not considered an emergency and it’s over 100 degrees outside and it’s a heat advisory. I’ve been without air for over 24 hours and was told it would be taking care of today now It’s a possibility it will get taken care of tomorrow. Straight bs. The whole point of an apartment is so maintenance takes care of anything that’s needed. Everytime it rains the hallway floor floods. I shouldn’t have to call everytime it rains this should’ve been fixed 6 months ago…The building has mold and whatever else because of this.
