They are beautiful inside and out. Manager is very nice and maintaince is very nice and very knowledgeable and gets things fixed right away. Way better than garden court.

We have gone through 3 management teams to pay the rent in four years. We had Rent Cafe and returned to Rent Cafe but it will not accept my name saying I am deactivated. The resident manager tried to fix it repeatedly but it is not working. I can still pay rent by check but I should have the right to pay online like everyone else can through Rent Cafe. They have too many problems with their payment systems.

Have had a few friends who have found affordable section 8 housing here. In unit dishwasher, in-unit whirlpool laundry, central AC and community room with free wifi and computers to use. Two huge elevators. Underground parking. Double locked front entry doors. Lots of cameras to ensure security and safety. Management is strict to ensure tenants are following housing rules no smoking, etc however there is a year long waitlist to get in.

DO NOT APPLY TO LIVE HERE UNLESS YOUR NEXT OPTION IS THE LITERAL STREETS. This building is filthy, poorly maintained, and constantly smells like a mix of urine, feces (human and animal), cigarettes, and weed. People don’t pick up after their dogs in ALL of the “potty” zones, so there’s always literal mounds of dog crap in the grass, on the pebbles, you name it - and it smells so bad. People leave their garbage everywhere, doesn’t matter if it’s bagged or not, it’s just everywhere. The hallways are carpeted (why?), and people let their pets relieve themselves all over them and not clean it or pick it up. I added pictures for evidence of how nasty it is. It gets “cleaned” maybe once every two - three weeks. Maintenance is a joke—either they don’t show, show up unannounced, or don’t know w

I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!!! Management: Controlling, Dishonest, and Biased The manager doesn’t just do a bad job—she plays mind games. She tells different tenants different things, talks behind people’s backs, and tries to silence complaints. She’s also posted extremely offensive and racist content online (you can look for yourself—she and her husband share it publicly). Her political views wouldn’t matter if she treated people fairly, but she doesn’t. If you complain or ask questions, she either ignores you or retaliates in subtle ways—like delaying repairs, making up false violations, or trying to get tenants in trouble for things they never did. Maintenance: Untrained and Unqualified Maintenance is another disaster. They don’t fix things properly, they just cover up the problem.
