River Falls Terrace

Hands down one of the worst places I’ve ever lived! I’ve lived in different states and these people are very shady unfortunately. I’ve had issues with my rent for 2 years. There’s been so much unprofessional from the front office and upper management. They want your money and they will find a way to up charge and over charge . I’ve been harassed by the front office clerk almost everyday while I was on medical leave and right afterwards. Rent will be changed on you with very very late notice just to be aware. Too many residents here have horrible stories of this place and I see why. There’s mold in the building on the ceilings and other health code violations but they don’t care they just want your money!! It’s gotten to the point that I’ve had to hire a lawyer just to get my information st

From when I visit I can remember how clean it was and how quiet it was too. The closets were large which I fell in love with.. I would love to live there some day. Downside is none of the numbers are update so it's hard to contact the landlord.

Can't say a whole lot about them. Visited friends, and my personal take, is that they were neat and clean. Apartment was cute on the inside. I also noticed that they have garages.

real nice apartments and good place to be the apartments are in good shape and have dishwashers no washer and dryer though

The building is not well kept. Tenants are friendly though. There's a playground on site.
