River City Apartments

I have lived in these apartments a couple times throughout college and after college. Dave is an outstanding & very kind landlord! He is extremely easy to get along with, he is timely when things are in need of maintenance and you can easily get ahold of him for any questions/concerns you have. I have loved living here, it is quiet, clean, affordable and close to campus & downtown RF! Dave is there often, taking care of the property with a smile on his face, waiting to start a conversation to make sure you’re doing well! All around great complex to live in with a great landlord running it!

SAFE, quiet, and clean apartments. Since I’ve been here, the apartment and building have undergone continual and consistent updates and improvements to keep everything looking great and running smoothly! Dave is often seen mowing the lawn, vacuuming the hallways, or shoveling the sidewalks. He has always been incredibly kind, genuinely caring about you both as a tenant and as a person. He’s prompt in responding to requests and very accommodating. For example, I was having issues with my microwave and called Dave; he came the next day and replaced it with a brand-new one; he even changed a burnt-out bulb in my kitchen light fixture—without me ever mentioning it! River City Apartments is a great building with a landlord who actually cares and has cultivated a calm, quiet community within

Everything was always very clean, and the regular maintenance on the lawn, snow removal in the winter, and upkeep of the shared hallways were greatly appreciated. Anytime we encountered an issue within our apartment, Dave responded quickly and efficiently, often going above and beyond—like fixing a burnt-out kitchen lightbulb before we even noticed it. His thoughtful and considerate approach made living here a truly hassle-free experience. Dave genuinely cares about his tenants, and it showed in every interaction. I would highly recommend renting from him to anyone looking for a well-maintained, comfortable place to live.

Dave is an amazing landlord. Very professional, but also very caring. He cares very much about the work he does, very prompt, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He takes great pride in his properties and maintains them so well. We had an amazing experience over our years living in one of his places, and we would rent from him again in a heartbeat! He became more like family than a landlord. We appreciate all he did for us!!

I miss having Dave as a landlord! He is fair and trustworthy. I recommend living here if you want safe housing as a student while you're working on your studies. Dave takes care of his tenants and his property.
