Milltown Residences

We have rented at Milltown for over a year now and are loving it, especially the fact that we can take our dog for walks in the park right next to our building. The townhomes themselves are beautiful, and plenty of space for just the two of us. It's super quiet, very pet-friendly (which is hard to find!), in a great area, and our property manager, Michael, has been so great to work with - we've been very impressed! Thanks for making our renting experience the best we've had!

Love living here! Michael the property manager is amazing to work with, always handles our work orders promptly and keeps us well informed! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I wish there was a dog park, due to the high volume of pets I think the residents would find it much more useful than a “community garden”. I personally just think it would be a perk and set itself a step up from other complex’s . Highly recommend living here!!

Highly recommend living here. The property manager is so awesome, he always respond promptly when needed. The apartments are super neat and have lots of space. Great location, very peaceful. Overall great experience living here! ☺️

I was only at Milltown for a year while I finished school, but I loved every minute of it! Michael, the property manager is the best property manager I have ever had. He is a wonderful communicator, a good problem solver, and puts great effort into making the residence a community. The location is great, the property is well maintained, and maintenance is completed in a timely fashion.

Very nice place to live! Good location, pet friendly, and a great property manager. He has good availability and communicates well. We’ve really enjoyed living here and plan on being here the next couple years.
