Our family worked with Marty through a relocation home buying process. We had a 3 month old at the time of our home buying journey so our free time to look at houses was limited and with the competitiveness of the market we needed a realtor who would be fast and efficient. Expertise all around. Steve and Marty are definitely experts when it comes to helping you find your home. They were both very accommodating to our schedules and made us feel comfortable discussing what we liked and didn't like about each property that we viewed. After the first few showings they started to get a feel for what we liked and what we were after for our future home. The level of communication was amazing. Even when Steve or Marty were out of town they would take our calls or respond to our texts so that we didn't miss out on any opportunities.
