If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely terrible service. My father passed away two weeks ago. He and my mother have had accounts there for years and they refused to provide a letter stating that she did indeed have an account, per the request of the life insurance company, after providing all the paperwork the bank requested. Great way to make an already hard time even rougher. Will not ever recommend

Tellers are competant and amenable. Patsy is probably the most experienced (and friendly) teller you want if you have more than an average request. All, in all, I like this bank with a personal touch like homemade wrapped brownies at the door, but a loan manager pretty much stiffed me with a fairly hefty fee once, after I had loyally held the financial instrument for years. He didn't have to. Banks are what banks are. So overall, the nice feel of local bank on the average.
