Crossings of Opelika,The

I recently was having some flooding in my apartment that lasted about 3 days . The main line was backed up being that I’m on the bottom floor I caught the bad end of the stick however The crossing maintenance employees Chase and Jarvis both exhausted their options before telling me they would have to reach out to Jackson who ultimately solved the issue. I did lose some merchandise and had to clean . But chase provided me with a shop vac over night and during the day to clean water and drain my sink. My stay at the crossing has been my kids favorite thing about life lately . Pros clean friendly environment to raise kids …..only 1 cons…..$125 - $175 water bill…maybe I have a leak ❤️

One of the main reasons we moved here, is because of pool access.. well there’s a pool but it’s very nasty. I don’t understand why there’s not pool up keep. The pool is green and there’s hair clumps and dirt all at the bottom of the pool.

I recently moved to The Crossings of Opelika, and I’ve had a great experience so far. The leasing office staff made my transition smooth (special thanks to Madison), and especially the maintenance team was very quick to fix everything I mentioned within two days. The apartment is beautiful, and I’m considering extending my stay. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live.

I have repeatedly informed management of the need for the attention needed to the pool….now it’s closed until further notice….this is not my only concern but I’ll stop here….

To Whom It May Concern: The Harris Family would like to extend a huge thank you to our maintenance team! Chase and Jarvis are the best that have been in our community. Our microwave went out, and Chase made an order the same day given the work request. Upon arrival, Chase and Jarvis installed the brand new microwave and did it with grace and dignity. Chase and Jarvis deserves a pay increase for all the above and beyond they do on a day to day basis. We should not take for granted its in their job description. To reward them for the hard work and beautification of our community, please discuss more pay. Every employee deserves pay increase.
