Paces at the Estates Apartments

I have absolutely loved living here! From the very beginning, the team made me feel so welcomed and cared for. At move-in, my leasing agent walked me through my apartment, and I even received a thoughtful welcome gift...not something generic or useless, but something purposeful. My apartment was spotless when I moved in, which was such a relief compared to other places I’ve lived where I had to ask for cleaning before settling in. Any small issues I’ve had have been handled promptly, with follow-ups from multiple team members. It’s clear that this community genuinely cares about how residents feel. The maintenance team who have always come either the same day or the next day once I put in a low priority ticket have been absolutely amazing and fix any issues I have so incredibly fast. They are super friendly and incredibly quick and professional. My air conditioner was on the frits and within 10 min of arriving Vincent had fixed it!!! Any other issues I have had they always show up and make my life so much better!!! Thank you maintenance team! Your truly the best!!! The Apt manager Jessa is the best around! I will try my best to keep a long story short! I moved to Opelika at the beginning of May, 2025, for a new job opportunity within the company I have been working at for several years. It was a quick turn-around, so I came to Opelika one day from Tuscaloosa, where I was living at the time, and toured a few spots around town. Paces stood out to me because it was in my price range and was placed in a great location, tucked away conveniently between both Auburn and Opelika. Quickly, I decided it would be a great place to live as I entered a new chapter in life. I will start this review off with the positive aspects of living at Paces at the Estates. The location is perfect, nicely tucked away in a neighborhood. It is close to Campus and Opelika making it ideal for older college students and graduate students. The rent price is fair and did not raise rents drastically when I resigned like other apartment complexes in the area. The front office employee Jessa is very attentive and polite, honestly should get a raise for how hard she works. Now for the negative aspects of living here. Maintenance has been an absolute nightmare. One of my favorite things about the apartment was the living room fan, But shortly after moving in I found out I wouldn't be able to use it. They turn on and off randomly. I submitted 4 Maintenance requests about the fans. I
