Stone Martin Builders at Hidden Lakes

This is our fourth home that we’ve bought and it is by FAR the best quality home and most welcoming neighborhood! We have been welcomed by everyone that walks past our home and it has been so sweet. Our realtor, Katey, was amazing and helped us through the buying process of our spec home so well. We felt well informed and in the loop from start to finish. Kim has also been so kind every time I’ve been in the model home. We couldn’t be happier!

Kim Murphy….I honestly don’t even know where to start!!!! She is one of the most beautiful (inside and out), talented, and dedicated woman I’ve ever met! From the day I first walked into the model home and she introduced herself, she made me feel like I had known her all my life! So needless to say it took absolutely no time at all to know my hubby had chosen the right builder, SMB and I knew immediately Kim was the one to not only work for them but chose her to represent us. Once we made our decision to build, for the three days we had prior to flying back to Alaska, Kim worked tirelessly to ensure we had time to make not only our contract decisions but most of our 10 day options as well. We found Hidden Lakes in January of 2024. Our first experience with our agent, Kim Murphy was excellent. Kim spent countless hours showing us houses, discussing options, answering emails, calls and texts. The contractors, and other agents of Stone Martin showed this same level of commitment. This is all what one would expect prior to signing on the dotted line. Since closing on May 1st our opinion of Kim Murphy and Stone Martin has changed. We have BEEN BLOWN AWAY by their continued commitment to provide EXCELLENT follow up care. A warranty is only as good as the paper it is written on. When I initially started looking at buying a house, my realtor, Tori Beth Thompson, introduced me to Kim Murphy in Hidden Lakes. Building my own home didn't seem like a possibility with the budget I had set, but Kim proved me wrong. I was most interested in three plans, and the one I liked best on paper wasn't currently being built locally, so we were going to travel to Georgia to see it.
