Jolanta helped me with my winter rental. I knew what I was looking for but she was very helpful with figuring it all out. It was fun to work with Jolanta and her staff is nice as well. The place has turned out great so far. Thanks Jolanta!

Apparently the owner of this the real estate company is only impression that she's the only realtor in Southern New Jersey. Her rude demeanor and her ability to abruptly end a conversation during a conversation is absolutely incredible. Her passive aggressive nature is one that no one should be subjected to. The fact that she would not rent a boat slip to someone starting an outreach program for children who have lost one or both parents to death is reprehensible. Looking to pay full price for a slip but being turned down for no reason is absolutely disgusting. Say as far away as you can from this woman.

Jolanta Risso is flat out an angry, demeaning woman. These reviews left are very accurate. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and boy was I wrong! Please don’t give her a penny. Give your time and money elsewhere that will appreciate it and treat you with respect.

If I could negative stars I would! I reached out to Jolanta to ask for some help finding a place. And this was the WORST experience I've ever had!. She yelled and screamed at me on the phone. And told me to go find builders to build a home for me and my daughter. I was reaching out for help! Wow total disgrace! She is RUDE!!!

I wish I could give Jolanta Risso -5 stars. She is rude, deceitful, ignores messages and is extremely poor at communication. Without going into all the details, she is the kind of person that nobody should do business with. I couldn't agree more with all of the other poor reviews about her. I am a RE investor and cannot believe that someone can be this bad at their job and still be in business. In addition to all of the above, I checked out of short term rental over a month ago (left it cleaner than I found it) and I am still waiting for my security deposit back. My contract stated 10 days to return and NJ law is 30 days...do yourself a favor and avoid her at all costs.
