Mike is a great guy very professional and courteous. It was easy to get an appointment and he arrived right on the dot. I had 3 appliances that need checking. Spinning on dryer, freezing water on inside of refrigerator and calibrate my oven. The worst was my refrigerator he told me to leave it off for 8 hours and doors open. Obviously it reset itself and working like new. Yippie.. There was a charge for service I think $80 then per item about $40 very reasonable and everything is humming along here. Thank you Mike good job!

Mike was great! Arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, and honestly told me he did not have the parts required because they were on order and all truck shipping is slow right now. He told me when the parts were expected and promised to work around my schedule to quickly finish the job once they came in. Parts came in, arranged schedule, quickly installed. He also fixed a potential venting problem while he was here. Highly recommend!

My washing machine broke down over the weekend. We called Alpha and they came out Monday morning at 9AM. Mike fixed the problem and he is very reasonable in pricing. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again if any of my appliances need repair!!

Would highly recommend Alpha Property Services for your appliance repairs! Barb was receptive on the phone, listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Was told they would be at my house at a certain time. Was able to track the technician’s progress to my residence and Michael was punctual. Arrived at the time I was told. He performed the repairs in a timely manner and was courteous, friendly and professional.

Mike repaired two broken appliances in my home and identified a tricky dishwasher repair that saved me from having to purchase a new dishwasher. Mike arrived on-time and was very pleasant to deal with. I will use call Apollo when I need the next repair.
