We used Kim to purchase a second home in Brigantine in 2019. Kim knows Brigantine well (grew up and currently lives on the island) and brought great local resources. Finally, Kim was readily available and super responsive during the full process. Her professional demeanor was stellar throughout. In the end, I’d leverage her skills again!
