Equally important, Neil answered all my questions on the report, which helped me understand which issues were critical and which were not. I give him my highest recommendation.

Kane is the most thorough inspector I’ve worked with. Even for a new construction, he spent about five hours carefully checking everything inside and outside. He used a drone and thermal cameras so nothing was missed. The report came quickly, was well-organized, and included clear photos for every point he noted.
