Leased here for 2 years, glad to say im leaving. While I have no complaints about the property itself I do with the people that manage the property. We pay for water here and since we gotten here there hasn’t been a water bill under the high 500$. Mind you water gets charged quarterly here. They try to blame it on excessive water use but the fact is there is a meter here and with the reading on the meter and the rate the city charges its not supposed to be even half that. We have been in and out of court with these people to dispute this issue and we are just tired of it. Very unprofessional.
It's a nice community with great amenities.
They just keep destroying our green spaces here in Burlington County.
