This review is for Philip Angarone. Talk about knowledge and efficiency, Phil is the best!!!!! Because of the age of the home and underground oil tank, it took over a year to finally sell the home. At the same time, we were looking and planning to buy another home in NC. Even after a large tree came down in the backyard 8 days before closing with Phil's help, everything was resolved in a timely manner and we are enjoying our new home in NC. If you need a bulldog/terrier realtor who doesn't give up, then Phil is the one for you. We miss him and wish him the best of luck for the future.

This review is for Mr. Kevin Zimmer. I do not recommend listing your property with Mr. Zimmer. I contacted him directly about a listing. He was the listing agent. He refused to show me the house unless I retained the services of a realtor. His text message read, "If you are not loyal to an agent I am not wasting my time." He then called me. I explained to him that if we were interested in the home, we would work through him, and that we were not represented by any other agent. He still declined to show us the home. He also claimed that the buyers of the home were aware that he was refusing to show the home to anyone without a realtor.
